Renewing Loan Items

You will be notified by email before the due date and if there is no request for the loans or the date has not yet overdued you can renew the loan items.

How to renew loan items?

1. Login on the main page and click on My Account in the right corner of the page.
2. You will see a list of your checked out items.
3. ­Click on “Renew Selected items” or “Renew All Items”.
4. ­If the renewing went allright you will see new due date.

If you are doing as instructed and you still cannot renew the items please check if there is everything alright with your account. You may have some unpayed fees which you can pay online.
